Letterkenny Live Portland Concert reviews
Muse was the best rock show I've ever seen
The light show, last but not least, was huge and I was blown away. I didn't know what to say about it but I was blown away. The impressive part was there was very little screwing around between songs. I didn't see exactly what time Letterkenny Live started, but I think they were on stage for about 1.5 to 2 hours. What happened was one of the coolest entrances ever. The set list was great. I knew it was going to be huge because my friends dad worked during the setup of the show and told us that there wasn't enough power in the arena, they had to run in a special emergency 600 Amp electrical line for one of the effects if that gives any idea how big the production was... I kept hearing for weeks before the show how Letterkenny Live's stage show rivals a lot of what people consider to be the best (Blue Man Group, Pink Floyd, Tool, etc). The opening band was long gone and there was no movement on stage. I was skeptical but all of these people were correct and not exaggerating at all. I'll leave it at that for the entrance so I don't give too much away. There was no drum kit, no mic stands, I know the singer plays piano on some songs but there was no piano and there was no frantic effort to like most bands to set it all up.
